The following message is transmitted at the request of Utah
Division of Emergency Management.

This is a TEST.   Cache County Sheriff: Immediate EVACUATION order
for Hardware Ranch and Blacksmith Fork Canyon. A fast-moving
wildland fire is spreading rapidly. Leave the area immediately.
Use Blacksmith Fork Canyon Road to exit west toward the valley
floor. Do not delay to gather property. Emergency personnel are
staging to assist. If in this area evacuate now.

This is only a test. In a real event instructions would follow.
